Mocha popsicles

This post is the english translation of the last one. For now on, I will post the translation at the end of each post, so my non-portuguese friends can also try these recipes

A true student knows it is impossible to live without cafeine. Either in a good espresso, a soft drink or energetic drinks, it is always the company to the intensive studying evenings and nights. But the warmer days are here and coffee, which was before the favorite alarm clock, starts to be too hot.

The solution can be a do-it-youself coffee popsicle. To do it, you'll need those plastic molds, available in every supermarket, IKEA or chinese store. They're reusable to the infinity or until it breaks and you can try your own mix. But before, try our recipe, because nothing is better than a strong coffee, condensed milk, cocoa and ice cream, all in one. This recipe makes eight popsicles.

You will need two cups of strong coffee (made in a coffee pot, because it makes bigger quantities at the same time than a coffee machine), two thirds of a cup of sweetened condensed milk and one and a half spoonful of sugarless cocoa.

Mix the cool coffee with the condensed milk, then the cocoa, and taste it. You can add more cocoa or more condensed milk at your will, but be careful, too much of it will make brittle popsicles. And no one wants half of a popsicle smashed in that important school work, right?

Put the mixture in the molds and freeze it for circa eight hours. The better is to make it at night, before sleep, so by morning they're ready. To take the popsicles out, dip the bottom of the mold in tepid water until it's easy to pull.
